Alprazolam Arrow® is a benzodiazepine anxiolytic manufactured in France by Arrow Génériques. It is indicated for severe anxiety disorders and certain withdrawal syndromes. Due to high risks of misuse, dependence, and interactions, its use is strictly controlled, with treatment duration limited.
